When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and information you choose to include in your message. An order can include contact and delivery details, selected products, quantities and order records. Please provide only the information needed to answer your question or fulfill your order.

The Shopify storefront can receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and shopping-session information. Cookies and similar technologies support storefront operation, security and shopping functions.

We use relevant information to answer inquiries, manage orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and after-sales requests, maintain the storefront, protect against misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not need your account passwords or full payment credentials to answer a support question.

Shopify hosts this storefront and processes information needed to provide its ecommerce services. To handle an order or support request, relevant information may also be shared with service providers involved in delivery, communications or an available checkout payment method. Their use of information is governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices.

If a payment method is available at checkout, enter payment details only in that checkout flow. A payment provider may process transaction and verification information under its own privacy notice. Do not send card numbers, security codes, banking credentials or passwords by email or through our contact form.

Vikelight’s seller is a Hong Kong-registered company and orders are fulfilled from China. Shopify and service providers may process information in other countries as part of providing their services. An inquiry or order may therefore involve cross-border handling of relevant information.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or exercise other privacy choices. Email us with your request. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request; legal obligations can limit deletion of some records.

This storefront is intended for people shopping for lighting, not for children. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address the concern.
