Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit information that infringes another person’s rights. Please provide accurate information when contacting us or ordering.

Review the selected configuration, dimensions, material, finish and included components before ordering. Photography, screens and room lighting can affect appearance. Ask about exact electrical and installation requirements where they are not clear; do not infer certification or compatibility from a product name or image.

Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Review the selected variant and final order total, including any applicable shipping or sales tax, before confirming an order. Availability and preparation time can vary. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Check the product configuration, quantity, delivery address and contact details before submitting an order. Keep any confirmation and correspondence. We may contact you to resolve missing information, availability or a configuration question before preparation or dispatch.

Use only the payment methods available in the store’s checkout. A payment authorization is not confirmation that a product has shipped. Do not send payment credentials through email or a contact form. Your bank or provider may apply its own charges or verification requirements.

Request cancellation within 4 hours of order confirmation. Cancellation may no longer be possible after preparation, customization, fulfillment or dispatch begins. Contact us immediately and review our Returns & Refunds policy for the process.

Orders ship from China. Standard preparation is usually 7–14 business days after payment confirmation, followed by estimated U.S. transit of 21–28 business days after dispatch. Product-specific requirements can take longer. See Shipping & Delivery for standard shipping charges, import duties, exceptions and delay support.

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Standard products must be unused, uninstalled and complete with original packaging. Customer-preference return shipping is paid by the customer. Obtain authorization before returning anything and confirm custom-order eligibility before purchase.

Veining, color and translucency can vary in natural stone. Finish appearance also changes with the surrounding light. These characteristics should be considered alongside the selected product description; significant differences or defects should be reported to us.

Have a qualified professional assess the mounting support, electrical supply and installation requirements for the exact fixture. Follow model-specific instructions and applicable local requirements. Do not install or energize a damaged or incomplete fixture.

Branding, photographs, text and other website materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Contact us before commercially reusing them. This page does not grant rights to third-party content or authorize copying another party’s designs.

Only send photographs, plans or other materials you are entitled to share. Include what is needed for your product or support question and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. A contact inquiry does not by itself create a creator partnership, design commission or commercial license.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if you believe a product, delivery or service does not meet the terms of your order.

We may update products, pages and these terms as the storefront develops. Keep the product details, order confirmation and terms relevant to your purchase. Updates to the website do not remove rights attached to an existing order.

Contact us first with your order number and the issue so we can seek a resolution. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your transaction remain unaffected. These terms do not require you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
